This $200 deposit is required to order hair and supplies needed to begin making your unit. You will recieve a second invoice with any other fees if any, based on length,bundle count and lace selection that you choose. The remaining balance for construction is due before pick up/shipping.

- This deposit is non refundable
- A second invoice may be sent if your wig request exceeds the deposit amount of $200
- We are not responsible for lace or construction that is cut,ripped or damaged after delivery unless its cleary visible it was due to something we done.
- No returns or exchanges once your wig is approved and production has started.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final. Please double-check your order before checking out. If there are any issues outside of things that
are my fault, please feel free to reach out and we’ll work to resolve it. If the issue is not on
my end, the customer is responsible.Processing Time:
Each wig is carefully packaged and processed within 7–14 business days unless otherwise
stated for pre-orders.
Care Instructions:
- Store wig on a mannequin or in a satin bag when not in use.
- Avoid glue and harsh chemicals to protect the lace and the longevity of the unit.
- Be very careful with the lace closure area, as it is sensitive.
- Do not pull or tug on the hairs attached to the lace closure.
- Avoid brushing or combing the lace area harshly, as this can lead to balding on the lace.
- Gently detangle from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb.
- Use heat protectant when styling with heat tools.
- If possible, bring your wig back for a revamp to keep it looking fresh.Revamp Option:
